Ingredients:
1 United States Russet potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 broccoli
½ a bulb of garlic
½ a bunch of fresh rosemary
olive oil
50 g butter
2 tablespoons runny honey
½ a bunch of dried thyme
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 220°C.Peel and halve the potatoes, then parboil in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and leave to steam dry for 2 minutes, then shakes to chuff up the edges.
Add minced garlic , rosemary, 4 table spoon olive oil, butter, runny honey & thyme. Scatter over the potatoes & vegetables, season with salt and black pepper.
Tip into a roasting tray and arrange in one layer, then roast for 30-45 minutes, or until golden.
