Asian Cuisine: Stir-fried Chinese kale - summary recipe (without rice wine)

- 200g baby kailan / Chinese broccoli / Chinese kale, cut 1 inch wide
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (1/2 for 100g kale)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (1/2 for 100g kale)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (6 spray for 100g kale)
- 2.5/ 10g medium garlic cloves, minced (5g garlic for 100g)
- 100ml boil water
- Add olive oil, garlic, stir-fry 5 seconds.
- Add Chinese kale , stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour 100ml boil water, cook 7 minutes until wilted/cooked through.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry 30 seconds to 1 minute.
