Stir-fried Kailan Recipe

Asian Cuisine: Stir-fried Chinese kale - summary recipe (without rice wine)

Servings: 1pax

Ingredients:
  • 200g baby kailan / Chinese broccoli / Chinese kale, cut 1 inch wide
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (1/2 for 100g kale)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (1/2 for 100g kale)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (6 spray for 100g kale) 
  • 2.5/ 10g medium garlic cloves, minced (5g garlic for 100g)
  • 100ml boil water
Procedure:
  1. Add olive oil, garlic, stir-fry 5 seconds.
  2. Add Chinese kale , stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Pour 100ml boil water, cook 7 minutes until wilted/cooked through.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry 30 seconds to 1 minute.
