- 2 cloves garlic (mince)
- 1 Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong, peeled skin)
- 3 tablespoons dried shrimp (soaked in warm water, drained)
- 300g chicken thigh (2 pcs)
- 1/2 cups water, 1 cup seasoning mixture
- 5 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 100g roasted pork
- 2 tablespoons black sweet sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 dashes white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Singlong chicken ginger sauce
- Dipping sauce
- Singlong hainanese chili
- wash rice
- heat up sesame oil, add mince garlic, mushrooms, dried shrimp, yam, roasted pork, chicken thigh, stir-fry until the meat changes color.
- Add 1 cup seasonings, 1/2 cup water, bring it to boil. Add rice, do a few quick stirs.
- Transfer everything into the rice cooker and set normal rice setting
